Through shared experiences, we alchemize higher levels of consciousness, deepening our awareness of ourselves and each other. Treating group connections with reverence and ceremony lights the flame of spirit within the collective to spark new levels of conscious awareness.
We often feel isolated on a life journey.
Each 'individual' feels they are not complete and need 'Healing' to participate in life. This is far from the truth.
The truth is all Beings of life are connected and having unique experiences as individuals within the whole. You can't separate a wave from the ocean. We are all One. Simply spending time in the energy of others who accept you is the only thing we truly need in this life.

From group letter writing, to honouring of anscestors, to group artwork activity we are here to connect and co-create together.
Gatherings we hold
Finding ways to appreciate and offer gratitude for things we overlook in life. Pay attention and honour the pineapple for it's great creation and masterful beauty.
A workshop on ayurvedic principles and a group cook to allow us to 'create our own medicine' through the food we create. There is no better alchemy than the food we prepare for ourselves and friends, family.
Hike and connection in nature trails with musical instruments. Thus to offer music to nature as a giving experience.
Connecting to the power of the pen and writing to others in the group as a way to bring balance and presence to the new relationships formed.
